Used them in 2019 to buy a vignette for driving in Switzerland, had no issues and price was reasonable, saved having to stop at the Swiss border to buy a vignette.
Gone to buy one this year in advance and they've added a ridiculous service/booking fee of £20, on top of £8 for delivery. This adds £28 onto a vignette that only costs £33.
Don't bother with them, just pay 40CHF at the border and save the overly expensive booking and delivery fee.
Edit: You can also buy a vignette from tolltickets.com for €39, plus €2.50 shipping. They do not charge an exorbitant booking fee.
